Cause/issue – On my way to mountain creek the other day I had my downhill bike in my truck. The front tire and the forks over hung on the tailgate so the bike would sit upright. I rounded a turn and the bike just about flew out of the bed of the truck. Thankfully it didn’t fall out, however on every turn the bike slid around and was very close to falling out. The issue is that the bike does not stay still and runs the risk of flying out of the bed.
Idea – Make a stand that attaches to the top of the tail gate and on the frame of the bike.
How Idea addresses cause – This stand will be strapped to the tailgate so it will not move. The bike will then sit in this this stand and be strapped to the stand.
